• Eligible unused products may be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, complete and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

• Used, damaged or incomplete products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

• Defective, damaged or incorrect products may qualify for replacement or refund after inspection.

• Report damaged or incorrect orders within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos or videos.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrectly supplied.

• Return shipping for change-of-mind returns may be deducted from the refund.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights provided under applicable consumer-protection laws.
